Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
